Maddha Satyanarayana, a prominent poet, and famous social activist had committed suicide.It seems that he consumed insecticide due to family issues.
Maddha Satyanarayana awakened the social consciousness in people with his works such as Peddala Maata Chaddimuta, Maddavari Manipusalu, Taruvoja, Badhirudu, Padavulunnollaku Pasupu Kumkumalu, Asha Jyoti Ambedkar, etc.
While inspiring society through his writings and poems, he established Akshara Satya Seva Samstha, a non-profitable organization for the welfare of people.Through this, the social activist Madda Satyanarayana had done many social services.Offended by family issues, he committed suicide by consuming insecticide.
Family members noticed Satyanarayana unconscious after consuming insecticide and rushed him to a private hospital in Kakinada.Satyanarayana died while receiving treatment in the Kakinada private hospital.
Satyanarayana is from Gurjanapalli in the Karpa Zone of the East Godavari District.He retired from service in Indian Air Force (IAF).
He loved literature and remained in the field of Telugu literature and wrote many writings.Many famous personalities have expressed grief over Maddha Satyanarayana’s death.
His death was considered a desperate blow to the literary world.Tributes were being paid to him.
