Police already arrested few professors, claiming they alleged links with the Maoist groups.

The Intelligence Department officials have surrounded Professor Kasim’s quarters and conducted searches.According to sources, it is learned that Kasim’s name came into the picture during an investigation over a car accident.
‘A car accident took place in Gajwel, and few revolutionary books were found.During our investigation, Professor Kasim’s name has popped up.According to some of our sources, the professor is having deep contacts with the Maoist groups and is also helping them.We think we will find more as the investigation proceeds’, said a police officer under anonymity
