Controversial former India pace bowler S Sreesanth on Thursday morning tied the nuptial knot with his girlfriend from the Jaipur royal family, a jewellery designer by profession, at the famed Guruvayoor Sree Krishna temple in Kerala.Bhuvaneswari belongs to royal family Shikhavat in Jaipur.
She is fondly called Nain by her kith and kin
Dressed in traditional Kerala costumes, the bride and the groom exchanged rings and garlands.The marriage ceremony lasted for 15 minutes and was attended by close family members of the couple.
After the wedding, the newly-married couple headed to Sreesanth’s home in Kochi where the reception will be held in the evening.
Banned by the BCCI following a match-fixing allegation during the last Indian Premier League, Sreesanth, 30, has been in a relationship with Nain for the past six years.
