They have decided to stop the home delivery of LPG gas cylinders in Telangana from the 29th of this month.The decision was taken at an emergency meeting of the working group of LPG dealers.
LPG staff are delivering gas cylinders to every home despite corona severity.With this, they are demanding that the LPG delivery boys and staff be identified as frontline warriors.
Telangana LPG dealers spokesperson Venugopal demanded that all LPG personnel be vaccinated primarily and should be considered as frontline warriors.However, he acknowledged that 40 of his staff had already died due to corona.
He clarified that the cylinders can be home delivered only if they are identified as frontline warriors.He demanded that the delivery boys be identified as front-warriors and give corona vaccines as their staff is dying due to the corona.
It remains to be seen how the Telangana govt would react to this demand.
