For IT and software in India the skills of employees have changed by an average of 29.9 percent in the last year.

The most sought-after skills are the knowledge of innovative tools (Spring Boot) and software (Jenkins) and languages (Python, C) and cloud computing platforms (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services).

Manual testing is also an emerging technique in the IT sector.

As more organizations adopt a hybrid mode of work, the skills needed for jobs are changing and new ones have been developed.

“In these changing times the ability to acquire skills that are in demand can help you gain access to possibilities,” stated LinkedIn in its LinkedIn report.

In the field of healthcare in India the pharmacovigilance system and good clinical practice are among the latest updates to the list of requirements, which indicates the increasing importance of safety integrity, honesty and well-being in the field.

According to WHO, pharmacovigilance refers to the research and activities related to the detection as well as the assessment, understanding and the prevention of adverse reactions or any other vaccination or medicine related issue.
