TRS party working president and Telangana IT minister K Taraka Rama Rao gets a sigh of relief in the Hyderabad city civil court.The court directed TPCC president Revanth Reddy not to make any comments or criticisms against KTR in connection with the drugs case being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Hyderabad.
Also, the court made it clear to TPCC Chief Revanth Reddy that he should not even mention it in magazines, TV and social media.
The third additional Chief Judge of court, Kalyana Chakraborty, recently issued interim orders (ad interim injection).The judge heard a defamation suit filed by KTR seeking to order Revanth Reddy not to make any remarks against him in connection with the drugs case.
KTR’s lawyer said that large-scale false propaganda was being spread by TPCC Chief Revanth Reddy on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other social media with baseless allegations.Also, he said that this was a serious breach of KTR’s reputation.
Responding to this, the judge issued the ad-interim injection orders.
The next hearing was adjourned to October 20, with notices issued to defendant Revanth Reddy.
