BJP state president, MP Bandi Sanjay was outraged that CM KCR was playing a new drama on a daily basis in the case of yasangi grain and committing partisan activities against farmers.He was incensed that people were playing such dramas so that no one would question his rule.
He said the days of farmers turning up in the state were near and the Center was paying every penny for the purchase of grain.
He reiterated that the central government was ready to support Telangana farmers in the future as well.
Sanjay said what the state government was doing in the matter of procurement of grain was just brokerage.He was speaking to the media along with fellow MP Dharmapuri Arvind and other leaders at the Telangana Bhavan in Delhi on Tuesday.
He said that CM KCR was talking for hours because he was old and had lost consciousness.Union Minister Piyush Goyal said that although all the states in the country have responded to the procurement of rice, the Telangana government has not responded so far.Goyal said the state government did not have an estimate or procedure in the matter of procurement of grain.
He questioned why KCR was dramatizing the issue of grain procurement and why the Center was not cooperating when it was ready to buy.He said TRS MLAs and party leaders were involved in the irregularities.It was questioned why no comprehensive inquiry was held into this.
If there were complaints about rice irregularities in some places in the past the investigation revealed that it was true, but why no action was taken.
KCR does not have the guts to face BJP in the state which is why he is using Police force and filing cases illegally.
In the past, KCR had threatened the farmers that if they planted paddy, it would be a waste of time, Sanjay Said.
