Popular TV host turned actress Swathi Reddy of ‘Colours’ fame is quite popular for her roles in films like ‘Aadavari Matalaku Arthale Verule’, ‘Astha Chemma‘, ‘Golconda High School’, ‘Swamy Ra Ra’, and ‘Karthikeya’ to name a few.This cute actress has bid goodbye to acting after getting married to her long-term beau Vikas in 2018.She was last seen in ‘London Babulu’ which was a flop at the box office.
There was news earlier that she is making her acting comeback with Nikhil’s ‘Karthikeya 2’ but there is no confirmation on it later.
Now the latest update is that Swathi is all set to kick-start her second innings with a Telugu anthology titled ‘Panchathantram‘ which is written and directed by Harsha Pulipaka.Sources say that Swathi has even shifted her permanently base to Hyderabad.
The makers of this film have released a small video of the lead cast announcement.Naresh Agastya, Rahul Vijay, Shivathmika Rajasekhar, Divya Drishti, Vikas, Samuthirakhani, and Brahmanandam form the ensemble cast of ‘Panchathantram’ which is being produced by Akhilesh Vardhan and Srujan Yarabolu under Ticket Factory and S Originals banners.
The tagline of the film carries- “Heartwarming tale of five senses and one emotion”.Prashanth Vihari will be composing music while Sandeep Raj of ‘Colour Photo’ fame will be penning the dialogues with the director Harsha.The team has already wrapped up its entire shooting part and gearing up for a release soon.Keep watching this space for more updates!
