Former Bollywood actor Sahil Khan is facing legal trouble again.In 2021, a model accused him of harassment, which led to the model attempting suicide.
Now, the Mumbai Police Department has filed a case against Sahil Khan and a woman for threatening and posting defamatory messages about a 43-year-old gym-goer on social media.
The woman who was with Sahil Khan allegedly had a quarrel with the complainant over money in February 2023.
After the quarrel, both Sahil Khan and the woman posted nasty messages about the complainant and her family members on social media.
The complainant reported the matter to the police, and they have filed an FIR against Sahil Khan and the woman for defamation, threat, and insulting the modesty of a woman under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The case has been registered at the Oshiwara police station.
Sahil Khan, who rose to fame with the 2001 film Style, is no longer acting in movies but is a businessman and a social media influencer.
In 2021, he was accused by a model named Sherlyn Chopra of harassment, which resulted in the model attempting suicide.Sahil Khan denied the allegations and said that he was wrongly accused.
He claimed that if there was a steroid controversy, the FDA should intervene.
The complainant in the latest case alleges that Sahil Khan accused her of taking steroids and trading them, which has mentally disturbed her.She also claims that Sahil Khan and his group of four people were defaming her on social media.The police are investigating the matter, and if Sahil Khan is found guilty, appropriate action will be taken against him.
