‘RRR’ is Rajamouli’s next film after the magnanimous hit ‘Baahubali’, so expectations are nothing less than sky high on this one.In the film that is set before the freedom struggle, Ram Charan plays a police officer fashioned after freedom fighter Alluri Sitaramaraju while Jr NTR plays a tribal man based upon Komaram Bheem.While history has no record of these two have met, Rajamouli’s film is based upon a fictional world where they did and went on to form a friendship.Now the latest news is that the team has made an announcement to stay tuned as something will be dropped at 2 pm today.
Taking to the official Twitter space, the makers shared a photo and wrote, “An announcement that you all have been waiting for will be at 2 PM, Today.Stay Tuned.
” This has made the fans of the film go gaga on social media, as they are positing their anticipations about the update.Fans are all guessing that it will be the release date.
Alison Doody, who also stars in the film, mistakenly let slip that the film will hit screens in October, state reports.While she deleted her post, fans have been positive that she did in fact let the release date slip.
Apart from the lead actors, ‘RRR’ will also see Alia Bhatt make her debut in Tollywood, apart from Ajay Devgn.The film will also see Shriya Saran in a key role, apart from a bunch of other actors, including Olivia Morris.Shooting for the film has been in progress and the film’s team completed a long night schedule before moving on to shoot the climax portions of the film.Not just Telugu, ‘RRR’ will also be dubbed and released in Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, and Tamil.
The film is being made on a massive budget with specially erected sets for certain scenes in Hyderabad, while some other scenes were shot abroad.
