San Francisco, Sep 4 : As Apple is preparing to launch its next-generation iPhones in September, a new report suggests that Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro may revive the indicator of battery percentage.The status bar is said to be seeing modifications due to the larger amount of available space at the top of the screen, shifting the indicator for cellular signal to the left , and re-introducing the full-width battery status bar in the Lock Screen, reports MacRumors.
According to the report the iOS 16 Lock Screen will interact directly with the iPhone 14 Pro’s ever-on display, which will also integrate with notifications as well as the depth effect and colors of wallpapers.
Recently analyst Ming-Chi Wuo announced the introduction of a brand new ultra-wide camera with more sensors for increased sensitivity to low light will be available in the iPhone 14 series Pro models.
He had also mentioned that iPhone 14 might come with the long-rumored satellite communication feature that could be employed in situations of emergency for voice or text messaging.
The company’s biggest event to launch its new products this year will be on Sept.7.
The new iPhone 14, to be manufactured in India approximately two months following its China production will have four models – the 6.1-inch iPhone 14, a new 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Max, an 6.1-inch iPhone 14 Pro and a 6.7 iPhone 14 Pro Max according to reports.
