Reportedly, the Central government is ready to amend the Farm bills.
Union Minister of State for Home Affairs G Kishan Reddy said the BJP-led Central government would not take any decision that harms the farmers.
Speaking to media, the minister urged the farmers not to fall for the opposition trap and assured the Central government is ready to amend the farm bills according to the benefits of the farmers.
Responding on the ongoing agitations on the farm bills, Kishan Reddy said all the farmers across the country are supporting the farm bills except the Punjab farmers.
The Central government is ready to amend some provisions for the new farm laws and said the demand to revoke the farm bills is not beneficial to farmers.
He said the farmers could have utmost benefits like strengthening the MSP system and the government is taking up many initiatives to double the income of farmers.
Further, he added that the Modi-led BJP government is going to give urea to farmers of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.The farmers of both the States can benefit from the revived Ramagundam fertilizers factory under the Kisan brand name.
