On the off chance that within buzz in the Film Nagar circles is to be trusted, the City Civil Court issued notification to the producers of Superstar Mahesh Babu’s blockbuster film, Srimantudu.The notification have been sent to the film’s director Koratala Siva, makers at Mythri Movie Makers Naveen Yerneni, Ravi Shankar and CV Mohan and even the Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan who will star in the film’s Hindi remake.
The City Civil Court clearly issued notification to the film’s unit taking after a request recorded by an author named Sarath Chandra who charged that the makers counterfeited his Chachentha Prema novel which was distributed in a main Telugu week by week magazine in 2012.
Clearly, the case has been planned for a hearing on March 4.After the film turned into a blockbuster, Sarath Chandra turned out in open and drew nearer media and guaranteed that Srimanthudu’s story has hitting likenesses with his novel Chachentha Prema which had the background of Veligodu venture.Sarath even held up a grievance against Koratala Siva at the Telugu Film Writer’s Association.
With all these latest happenings the case on 4th March is gaining attention.
