As per buzz, the film is remake of Hindi super hit ‘Sarkar’; however director Ram Gopal Varma slammed the rumours.
The biggest highlight of the film is touted to be Mohan Babu and Jayasudha dancing on a remix of Rangeela’s title song.
Confirming the news The actress turned politician Jayasudha said, “The most exciting part of the film is that I have done a song after a very long time.
The song came out extraordinary well and I was thrilled and could not believe that I actually did it.I am sure my audience will love it.”
Apparently Ramu stuck to his trademark professionalism and completed this movie in a record time of 30 days.The filmmaker has reportedly used sync sound and multiple cameras to shoot Rowdy.
Music for the film has been composed by Sai Karthik.Rowdy will also feature Manchu Vishnu and Shanvi in the lead roles and the film is slated to release in summer.
