Billore has sought a permanent injunction against nine YouTube channels that he alleges have engaged in a campaign to malign and tarnish the reputation of MBA Chai Wala and himself.

Justice Pratibha M.Singh issued summons to the defendants — Baerojgar, Thugesh, Dhiru Monchikk, EST Entertainment, theadityasaini, Kdlife, Saloni Singh, Koko Roast and Duhan — and notice on the interim relief application.

The court will be examining whether the videos posted by the defendants are defamatory and derogatory, harming the plaintiffs’ reputation.

In the meantime, the court ordered Google to provide the plaintiffs with BSI details of the individuals running the accused YouTube channels, along with email addresses if available.

Billore claims that the defendants have been making highly derogatory remarks about him and his company, accusing them of being a fraud.

The court has asked the plaintiffs to provide YouTube videos and transcripts of the alleged derogatory remarks for examination.

The matter is now scheduled for further hearing on August 28.
