The chief minister, after inaugurating the party office located near Sai Temple on Wardha Road in Nagpur, addressed a public meeting where he reiterated his belief that unless there was a change in the way one thought, there would be no future for the country.

KCR said it is the ‘Time for change’.“Over the years, the country has become a prisoner of electoral politics, with development taking a backseat.

It is time one came out of this rut and saw the last of the practitioners of electoral politics whose aim is to come to power, come hell or high water,” he said

Meanwhile, the BRS party which is striving to mark its metal at national level with the slogan “Ab Ki Bar Kisan Sarkar” has received a massive response in Nagpur with erection of hoardings, cutouts and flexes of BRS party and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.

The chief minister has already addressed three public rallies in Maharashtra, mostly in the Marathwada region, between February and April this year.He is planning to open BRS offices in Mumbai, Aurangabad, and Pune shortly as he intends to test the political waters in the neighbouring state ahead of ensuring local body elections.

The chief minister, in his address to the farmers in Orange City — which is the headquarters of the RSS, the ideological parent of the BJP — said that development was possible only when one began thinking differently.
