According to reports, Alia Bhatt’s production house, Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd, has purchased a flat in the Pali Hill area of Bandra West for Rs 37.80 crore.The purchased apartment covers an area of 2,497 sq ft and is situated in the Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited.
It was purchased from Gold Street Mercantile Company Pvt Ltd, and the agreement was registered on April 10, 2023.A stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore was paid for the transaction.
In addition, Alia Bhatt has reportedly gifted two houses to her sister, Shaheen Bhatt, which are located in Gigi Apartments in AB Nair Road Juhu, Mumbai.The apartments are worth Rs 7.68 crore and come with one car parking each.The first apartment is spread over 1,197 sq ft, and the second flat is 889.75 sq ft.The stamp duty paid for this transaction is Rs 30.75 lakh.

Regarding her upcoming projects, Alia Bhatt will be seen in Heart of Stone, her Hollywood debut film alongside Gal Gadot.She will also star in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Ranveer Singh, which is directed by Karan Johar and features Jaya Bachchan, Shabana Azmi, and Dharmendra in pivotal roles.The film is set to release on July 28.Additionally, she will star in Jee Le Zara with Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif.
