Mysuru (Karnataka) Sep 10, : The renowned Tamil actor and producer Vishal on Saturday visited the Shaktidhama orphanage, which was founded by the late Kannada celebrity Puneeth Rajkumar’s parents in Mysuru city of Karnataka.Vishal also had discussions with staff members and the management of the orphanage center.
Shaktidhama which is a charity that takes care of 500 orphaned kids, was managed by the aforementioned famous actor Puneeth.However, he did not reveal the details of his charitable venture, and it was discovered only after his sudden death.
Following the death of Puneeth, Vishal had announced that he will take over the management of Shaktidhama and care for orphaned children.However, Puneeth’s relatives maintained that they will continue to the care of the orphanage center.
Following the visit, Vishal stated that he will always be as a volunteer of the Shaktidhama and asked Puneeth’s family for to sign a consent.
“Shaktidhama provided a similar experience in temple.
When we visit temples, we can see God.Here I observed God in each child.” he added.
“Children are content and fun here.
Puneeth as well as Geethamma (Puneeth’s older brother, Shiva Rajkumar’s spouse) have done a fantastic job.I have spoken with Shiva Rajkumar.I am in contact with Puneeth Rajkumar’s familymembers,” he said.
Vishal added that he also spoke to orphanage children.
“They play, dance and are in the mood to party.They are optimistic about their futureahead of them,” he said.
“I was unable to visit Shaktidhama because I had to be admitted to hospital following an injury sustained during shooting.I was contacted to come to Shaktidhama regardless of cost, and I am now here with the intent of visiting the children.
I am pleased to have had the opportunity to meet them and I will continue to volunteer here,” the Tamil actor added.
