Mumbai 6 September : Veteran Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan who will soon be being seen in the upcoming family-friendly film ‘Goodbye’, revealed the ways in which women in the society in households play a vital role.The actor from ‘Baghban’, who played the role of head of the family’ in that film, stated that in the real world “a woman is the head of the family”.
In a further discussion at the launch of the trailer of “Goodbye,” he stated, “Family is the most important element of the life of a person.If you’re feeling lonely your family comes to your rescue.Many believe that men are the ones who do all the work and manage the house, however, in reality the head of any family is always a woman.”
In addition, he highlighted the role of men and women in the household and also how women are more productive.
He said “For the majority of the population, men just work and return home to relax.Women however create the home and are the ones running the show.And in households where women are employed full-time, they are able to put in extra effort after working hours while taking care of the entire family.”
“Men are just playing the role of a supporting character in some manner” the actor who was the most senior said.
“Good Bye,” that also stars Rashmika Mandana Neena Gupta and Pavail Gulati, was produced by Ekta Kapoor.Written by Vikas Bahl of fame from ‘Queen’ “Good Bye” is scheduled to be released in theaters on October 7.
