Patna 5 Sep : In an effort to unite the opposition in the 2024 Lok Sabha election, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will be in Delhi on Monday to meet with heads of the Congress, Left and other regional parties.After the traditional Janata Darbar programme in Patna, Nitish Kumar will go to Delhi and stay for two days.
Sources have indicated that Kumar will meet with Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi or Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Left party leader D.Raja, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, and many others.
Kumar met Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrashekher Rao in Patna last week.He has sent an unambiguous message to BJP leaders about the strong resistance in the states that are not ruled by the BJP.K.Chandrashekher Rao gave the slogan of “BJP Mukt Bharat’ in 2024.
Nitish Kumar at the meeting of the party’s executive committee announced that the total number of BJP seats in the Lok Sabha will be brought down to 50 seats.
K.C.Tyagi K.C.Tyagi JD(U) principal general secretary Tyagi, the JD(U)’s principal general secretary, stated that Nitish Kumar was heading to Delhi however, he did not provide the exact list of leaders he will meet with.Kumar, in the absence of Congress chief Sonia Gandhi, will meet Rahul Gandhi or Priyanka Gandhi Vadra sources said.
