New Delhi, Sep 3 : The capital city of India has reported 236 new Covid illnesses in the last 24 hours as compared to 299 cases reported earlier in the day, as per the daily health bulletin of Delhi government, released on Saturday.
In the same time the city recorded three Covid related deaths.
The Covid positive rate of Delhi dropped to 1.68 percent on Saturday.Delhi currently has 1,292 active patients of of which 914 are in isolation at home.
With 398 patients being treated in the past 24 hours the number of recovered patients jumped to 19,72,654.
The total number of Covid areas of confinement in the city is currently at 150.
A total of 14,023 new tests –9,496 RT-PCR as well as 4,27 Rapid Antigen -were performed in the past 24 hours, and 24181 vaccines were administered in the same timeframe which included 1,364 first doses followed by 3,740 second doses, and 1907 doses of precautionary doses.
