Tehran 3rd September : Iranian Foreign Ministry has condemned a fatal bombing attack in the mosque in the western city of Herat according to the website of the Ministry.Nasser Kanaani the Minister’s spokesperson on Friday, voiced his concern about the ongoing series of “terrorist attack” in Afghanistan, saying Iran stands with Afghanistan and is fighting terrorists, violence and extremism.
He offered condolences for the families of the victims and offered a speedy recovery to those wounded, Xinhua news agency reported.
An estimated of 18 persons were found to be killed as well as 23 were injured as the blast struck the mosque in Herat Herat, the capital of the western province of Afghanistan of Herat in the early hours of Friday according to a local official.reporters.
