“I would like to know from the Prime Minister Narendra Modi the reason he has not gotten rid of the tainted LG.You must remove him.The LG will be required to quit”, Singh said.He requested that legal action be launched against Saxena for allegedly breaking the law to benefit his daughter.

“LG V.K.Saxena during his tenure as KVIC chairman, abused his position and granted a contract for interior design of the Khadi lounge in Mumbai to his daughter. When he awarded the contract he did not comply with the requirements of the KVIC Act 1961,” he claimed.

“The Khadi Village Industries Act states that no member of the family cannot be granted work, but they have violated the law.AAP will consult with lawyers in the matter and will pursue legal action in the issue. In the past, as the president of KVIC at the period of demonetisation, a number of scams and frauds were carried out”, Singh alleged and said that such a person should be removed from the position of Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.

“We applauded the investigation of Manish Sisodia in fake cases, however there is no case filed against LG”, he said in the press conference.
