Dubai 29 August : The Rohit Sharma-led Indian team started their 2022 T20 Asia Cup on a fantastic note after sweeping Pakistan in the thrilling opening match here on Sunday.The main character of the show for India was all-rounder Hardik Pandya who played incredible cricket equally with bat and ball.
After taking three wickets with the ball, Pandya played a crucial game as he struck unbeaten 33 off only 17 balls, slamming four fours and a six.
After bringing India to home in the final ball Pandya’s efforts were acknowledged by his teammate Dinesh Karthik who was at the non-striker’s side.
He was seen bowing to Pandya as the all-rounder of the year was seen with a smile at his face.The footage of the moment was shared on social media and internet is ‘loving’ it.
In discussing Karthik, he faced one delivery and scored one run.
