Dubai 25th, August : India cricket team has arrived in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for 2022’s version of the Asia Cup, scheduled to start on August 27.
On Wednesday this week, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) posted a video in which Indian players, including the out-of-form Virat Kohli are seen getting ready to play in the Asia Cup.

On the same field, Afghanistan as well as Pakistan cricketers also were there.

Frmer Indian captain Virat Kohli as well as Pakistan captain Babar Azam were seen chatting.

Babar is a fervent fan of Kohli and Pakistan’s swashbuckling batsman was ecstatic after witnessing one of the greatest players of Indian cricket.

This year, Babar dropped a message to encourage Kohli after the talismanic batter was dismissed for 16 in the second ODI against England at Lord’s.

Kohli will be back in the Indian team for the Asia Cup in T20I format after last playing for the Indian team in the tour of England in July.

He was then restrained for the white-ball tour of West Indies and ODIs against Zimbabwe.

Kohli is in a long period of lean in his career, not scoring 100 runs in international cricket since the beginning of November, 2019.

If he participates in the 2022 Asia Cup opener against Pakistan on the 28th of August in Dubai known as the “greatest rivalry” in the world of cricket It could also be Kohli’s 100th T20I appearance.
