“The directive clearly came from Moscow.Even according to the standards of the Russian prison, sending a person to the punishment cell for three seconds with hands behind their backs is way too for a small amount,” he tweeted.

His plan to create an organization of workers from inside the prison also upset the authorities last week.

Navalny stated that he was already in the cell which measured 2.5 by 3 meters, the previous week, allegedly due to he was unable to button an piece of clothing.

He tweeted: “Here I sit once again in my dreadful closet with an mug and a book. It’s sort of boring, of course.I think I should learn to meditate.”
