Mumbai 22 August : Actor Vijay Deverakonda has said that he suffered from migraines for a whole day following he was slapped by legendary boxer Mike Tyson, who is making his debut as an actor in Hindi films during the rehearsals for “Liger”.In an interview with Bollywood Life, Vijay and Ananya Panday spoke about their friendship with Tyson.
Ananya described an incident of the incidents, and said: “unhone mere kandhe par sirf haath Rakha that (He only hung his arms on my shoulders) and I thought I swear I fell down because his hands were so heavy.I was scared in the beginning but he was so sweet.I’d like to believe we have a relationship.”
In a conversation about the incident, Tyson punched him in error, Vijay said: “Jab subah main set par aaya production ne bola Tiger sir shoes nahi mil rahe hai kyuki unke kyuki foot ka size 14 hai (When I arrived at the set, the team of production informed me that they couldn’t come across shoes suitable for Tiger sir since his feet size is 14 inches.).I have large foot and a meera size 10 hai.When he arrived at the set and said hello the size of his wrist was also huge.”
He also said “I was scared when I saw his hands, feet as well as his neck.After he punched me accidentally in rehearsals, I was suffering from headache for the entire day.I didn’t fall down however, my body was begging to fall.”
“Liger” is scheduled to release an pan India release date of the 25th of August.
