Kiev 17 August : Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will be meeting his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres this week, an official of the international body confirmed.The conference is set to be held on Thursday in the Ukrainian city of Lviv, Xinhua news agency reported UN spokesperson Stephane Dujarric as declaring.
The agenda of the meeting has not been announced.
This Friday Guterres will be visiting a port in Odesa.
The meeting took place after Ukraine as well as Russia in the latter part of July signed agreement with Turkey as well as the UN to provide a transportation route for vessels carrying agricultural products from the war zone.
Since the time the routes have been approved.21 ships have left Ukraine in search of the Bosporus and 15 vessels crossed the Strait in the direction of the war-ravaged country.
