Mumbai 16 August : A brand new trailer from the streaming series “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Unveiled on Tuesday.Inviting viewers to experience the journey of the less-known Middle-earth Second Age, the most recent clip features Galadriel as performed by Morfydd Clark, who introduces Numenor as “the westernmost of the mortal realms.”
The ocean is a backdrop for the kingdom of Numenor has stunning views with an impressive history.Actress Cynthia Addai-Robinson who portrays Miriel the regent queen of Numenor describes Numenor as “a very nautical society at the top of its power.”
Pharazon, an Numenorean advisor, played by actor Trystan Gravelle, explains how “half the island would like to adhere to the Elvish culture while the other half prefers to separate from the Elvish culture.” On the other side, Elendil, a Numenorean sailor, is played by actor Llyod Owen, who predicts the tragic event that is about to strike the characters.
It is set thousands of years prior to J.R.R Tolkein’s “The Lord of the Rings’ and the Hobbit’, the story revolves around major events like the falling of Numenor.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power is scheduled to release on the OTT platform Prime Video on September 2, in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam as well as Kannada with new episodes coming out every week.
