Political analysts believe there is a big distinction between the exit of Nitish from the NDA in 2013 and his return in 2022.

The JD(U) supremo breaking the alliance with the BJP in 2013 and later in 2022, is sufficient to determine the extent to which is still relevant as an influential leader in the political landscape of Bihar?

In 2013, Nitish Kumar had left the BJP after his protests against then Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi but at that time, instead of taking a leave of absence from the Chief Minister’s position, he had dismissed the then Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, including all ministers in the BJP in his quota in his government. At the time, the BJP had claimed that Nitish Kumar had JD(U) leader had resigned from the NDA alliance in an euphoriac manner.

However, in 2022, Nitish Kumar’s exit from the NDA is crystal evident.

What decision he would he make was anticipated in the circles of politics for many years?

BJP leaders were well aware of the fact that they knew that the JD(U) chief was set to quit the NDA alliance in Bihar however it was a bit surprising that the saffron-colored party did not make an attempt to convince him to abandoning the NDA alliance.

On Monday sources belonging to the JD(U) faked information that said a senior BJP leader had talked with Nitish Kumar prior to his leaving the NDA alliance.

However the reports were promptly discredited by the BJP.

This time, the BJP did not attempt to convince the Bihar Chief Minister of Bihar for various reasons. The chief minister believed that the Chief Minister had already made his mind to pursue his political goals in the national arena and to do this reason he required help and join forces with Lalu Prasad Yadav in Bihar and the Congress in New Delhi.

According to BJP the BJP, the public acclaim of Nitish Kumar has decreased dramatically in Bihar over the past few years.

An influential Bihar BJP leader says the outcome of the 2020 Bihar Assembly elections have proved that Nitish Kumar’s influence over the people of the state has diminished and people are now considering the BJP as a possible alternative against JD(U).

A BJP leader went one step further in his criticism of the Bihar Chief Minister, claiming that he was hurting the interests of Bihar because of his ambitions for politics, selfishness and indifference.

With regard to the political outlook for the future and the stubbornness of Nitish, BJP leaders did not put forth any effort to convince Nitish Kumar to stay in the NDA alliance and to save the government of coalition in Bihar.

It is clear through the statements of Union Ministers Giriraj Singh and Ashwini Choubey as well as Bihar BJP President Sanjay Jaiswal, including other party leaders, that the BJP will be launching a be announcing a campaign in Bihar on a massive scale and will develop with an approach to take revenge on Nitish Kumar.
