Los Angeles, Aug 9 : More issues are surfacing for ‘The Flash’ actor Ezra Miller as now he is being accused with the burglary that occurred from May 2022.
The actor’s involvement came into be discovered after the team investigating examined the surveillance footage and the statements, according to “Deadline”.

The police report , accessible via “Deadline” reads “On 5/01/2022, at about 1755 hours The Vermont State Police was informed of a burglary incident at a residence located on County Road in the town of Stamford, Vermont.Initial investigations revealed that at least two bottles of alcohol were taken inside the house, despite the fact that the owners were not in the residence.”

“As the consequence of an investigation which involved surveillance videos and witness statements the probable cause was established for the prosecution of Ezra M.Miller with the offense of criminal burglary in an unoccupied residence” the report further stated.

According to ‘Deadline’ officers found the Fantastic Beasts actor in the 11:23 p.m.on August 7, and issued an order to show up in Vermont Superior Court Bennington Criminal Division on September 26 for an arraignment on the burglary charge.The Vermont State Police worked with the Bennington County State’s Attorney’s Office in the investigation.

Despite the numerous scandals that Miller has faced to date, Warner Bros.Discovery has stated that “The Flash” is still scheduled for release on June 23 2023 release in theaters.

However, this latest twist of developments in the Green Mountain state could cause them to move into a new direction.

Sources have told ‘Deadline’ that the studio is trying to negotiate with Miller in the last couple of months, as incident after incident has occurred.

The ‘Deadline’ also states that the most recent Miller incident is a result of an interim harassment prevention order they received in the summer from a 12-year-old and mother in Greenfield, MA for the alleged threat of menacing them.

Additionally parents of 18-year-old Tokata Iron Eyes have filed a protection request against Miller and his family, accusing Miller of engaging in brainwashing and grooming of their child.

Miller was also arrested twice in Hawaii in connection with an argument at a karaoke club.
