“I was born and was raised in Nagpur.I moved to Mumbai to pursue a career as an artist.

I was a contestant and was a winner of several singing reality TV shows. However, fate did not have my best interests in mind, and I was chosen to play the main character in an upcoming television show.

Acting has been my profession since the time I was a teenager,” she says.

She credits the source of her accomplishments in the field of entertainment to her performance in the television show “Afsar which aired from December 2011 until 2012.

“I have accomplished many things since then but people still remember my name as Krishna Raj and keep appreciating my work and the motivation that my character has given them.” she shares.

Mitaali is currently playing the role of an extremely sick girl Devyani Chavan in “Ghum Hai Kisi Pyar Mein’.she believes that people will forever remember her for her role in the film.

“I believe Devi or Devyani is an additional part that people will be remembered for.Her characters aren’t frequently seen on TV.I enjoy playing Devi because she has plenty of possibilities for me as an actor. She is a child and the best thing is I can act as animated and delicate as I want to be because the child can perform and be anything, and it’s just adorable for them.” she explains.

Devi suffers from mental illness and believes to be a kid as a result of some of the traumas she has experienced.

“Though she understands a lot of things, she tends to get attracted by the people and things around her.She is extremely innocent,” adds Mitaali.

The actress did not have any difficulty in slipping into the character of the character.she states: “I have a little one at home that is my son Rudransh.I am constantly watching him and employ many of his mannerisms when I perform Devyani.”
