Minister of State T.Harishrao criticized the BJP government at the Center for running on the basis of lies and Union ministers telling blatant lies as a parliamentary witness.He said said the BJP government was running a factory of lies and that the party had become a bigoted party.Union Minister Bishweshwar, who had lied as a parliamentary witness that he had not received any proposals from the Telangana government regarding the increase in tribal reservations.

The minister along with ministers Satyavathi Rathore and Koppula Ishwar spoke at a media conference here on Tuesday.

Union Minister Harish demanded an unconditional apology as the remarks were likely to hurt the sentiments of the Telangana tribals and insult the state government.

In the early days of Telangana, the assembly approved and sent to the Center seeking to increase the tribal reservation to 10 per cent.Congress MP Uttam Kumar Reddy, who raised the question in Parliament about tribal reservations, recalled that he was an MLA when the Assembly unanimously passed the Tribal Reservation Bill and was supported by another MLA from the same party, Jeevan Reddy.

Harish said it was a matter for millions of tribals.

He said the BJP would wipe out the lies all over the country and give a privilege motion in Parliament.He called for large-scale protests, roadblocks and dharnas.
