Amarnath Reddy, chairman of the YSS Zilla Parishad, has alleged that the YS family was being misrepresented under the direction of Opposition leader Chandrababu in connection with the assassination of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy.He was speaking at a press conference organized at the district headquarters Kadapa on Friday.
He recalled that Viveka was assassinated while Chandrababu was the Chief Minister.
Chandrababu then conducted an impartial inquiry and questioned why the facts were not brought out.Today, the script is being prepared according to the plan and is being used for bad publicity.Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy said it was unfair to try to sprinkle mud on him.Avinash Reddy said he was gentle and never encouraged assassination politics.He said it was painful to try to damage his mental stability.
He alleged that Chandrababu was trying to gain political advantage by tearing apart the YS family.He recalled that they had demanded that the culprits in the Viveka murder case be identified.
They said they had suspicions against former minister Adinarayana Reddy, BTech Ravi and others.CBI officials questioned why they were not prosecuted.
CBI officials are yet to investigate the matter impartially and hand over the culprits to the law.The Viveka family demanded that the rumors be dispelled and that an impartial investigation be carried out.
