The Telangana state government is preparing to protest against the Narendra Modi govt at the Center over the purchase of grain.It is demanding the union govt to buy harvested grain from farmers and give a clear guarantee on the purchase of grain from farmers.
The Telangana state government led by Chief Minister Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao has called for a statewide protest on December 20 over the attitude of the union govt.Plans have been drawn up to hold protests in all the districts.
As part of this, CM KCR will be going on a district tour from December 20.
However, there have been minor changes in the KCR district tour schedule.The CM’s districts’ tour, which is scheduled to start from December 19, starts from December 23.As part of his visit to the Wanaparthy district on December 23, CM KCR will inaugurate the new Collectorate building and participate in various development projects like laying of the foundation stone and inauguration ceremonies.CM KCR will address a public meeting.On the other hand, CM KCR met Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin during his Chennai tour.
