Tadepalli police in Guntur district have arrested a cell phone thief with technology.Phani kumar is staying at a hostel and studying at KITS College.
A total of 24 people kept their cell phones in a bag and left it on the shore.The bag disappeared when they went for a bath.
Phanikumar along with his friends lodged a complaint at the Thadepalli police station.
Police on Thursday arrested Kanakam Damodar Rao, the accused in the theft of cell phones using technology, at Sithanagaram Pushkar Ghats and seized 22 cell phones from his possession.
According to police, Kanakam Damodar Rao, a resident of Gurla Mandal in Vijayanagar district, has become addicted to stealing cell phones, selling them at OLX .
