Mumbai, November 20, 2018 : .With “Bunty Aur Babli 2,” a film that received generally favorable reviews has seen Rani Mukerji reprise her role as Vimmy, where she was paired with Abhishek Bacchan.

She recalled an incident during the shoot, where she worked for the part despite suffering a horrible knee injury.
The accident happened while she was filming the song “Dhik Chik”, which the actress filmed despite being in extreme pain.

She was unaware of the severity of her injuries at that time, and she only recently revealed it to me.

Mukerji spoke out about her experience and said that she felt excruciating pain in one knee due to the cartilage tear.Although I was in unbearable pain while shooting for “Dhik Chik”, I didn’t know the extent of my injury.After the shoot I went to an MRI and discovered that my cartilage had been damaged.

I needed to keep my knee elevated for at least three months in order to heal.

Mukerji said that acting is a difficult job.Sometimes, an actor must forget all and concentrate on the performance.Mukerji said, “It’s an important film for me and all the actors as well as for the producers and stakeholders.

These situations have not hindered me from my larger goal of supporting my films and my co-stars.

Mukerji complimented the “Bunty-Aur Babli 2” team and said that it was working around the clock to promote the film, “without stopping”.Mukerji said, “The show should go on.” Artistes should entertain, not reveal what is going on in their private lives.That’s what I am doing for my movie.”

Varun V.Sharma directed ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’, which also featured Saif Ali Khan and Siddhant Chaurvedi, as well debutante Sharvari.
