The fake money was used for shooting the web series ‘Sunny’ starring Shahid Kapoor.After ‘Family Man’ series, Raj & DK is directing the prestigious web series ‘Sunny’.The series stars Shahid Kapoor as the hero and Vijay Sethupathi, Rashi Khanna and Regina in key roles.
There is an accident scene as part of the shooting of this series.At that time Rs.2 thousand notes should fall on the road.The Movie unit used fake notes for this.
But they forgot to remove them when the shooting was over.As a result, some people in the area thought they were real money and went to take.
Then found out the real thing and turned away in frustration.Some have complained to the police about the matter.
The complaint said action should be taken against those who dumped notes with Gandhi Mahatma’s photo on the road.Police sources said that the film crew had taken permission for the shooting, but were investigating whether Gandhiji had been insulted.
The film unit, however, said they had removed the fake notes they had used and did not know how the current notes arrived.
