Nagarjuna‘s much-awaited action thriller ‘Wild Dog‘ had completed its shooting part long ago and is waiting for the big release.‘Wild Dog’ was initially sold to a popular OTT platform, Netflix for a record price.However, with the theaters reopened and the audience reception is great, Nagarjuna and ‘Wild Dog’ team has pulled out of the deal and have now announced that the film will be out in theatres first.
The whole unit was present at the recent press meet to address the recent developments of the film and also made a formal announcement about the release date.
News it that will have a big-screen release on the 2nd of April all over the globe in a grand manner.The film is now directly competing with Karthi’s ‘Sultan’ and Gopichand’s ‘Seetimaarr’ that are releasing on the same day.
Sayami Kher, Ali Reza, and several others took part in this press meet which showcased some real-life guns that were used in the film.Nagarjuna also disclosed that the film’s story is based on a true incident that took place in Hyderabad.The film is directed by Ashishor Solomon while Niranjan Reddy and Anvesh Reddy of Matinee Entertainments are producing the film.
Bollywood actress Dia Mirza is making her Telugu debut with this film.
Saiyami Kher and Ali Reza will be seen in other important roles.SS.Thaman composed the background score for the film and the first copy is ready.The trailer of ‘Wild Dog’ will be out on March 10th.Keep watching this space for more updates!
