Yerevan 15 Aug : At three people were killed and 60 others wounded in an explosion in a mall in the Armenian capital Yerevan authorities confirmed.The mall is situated in the city’s outer ring an employee at the site told the DPA news agency.
He said that the “massive” explosion that occurred that occurred on Sunday afternoon probably caused by fireworks stored improperly that ignited.
There were 25 people who are missing according to the local authorities.
rescue workers have said that there were likely to be more people living under the rubble.
A number of buildings fell or suffered damage.
The fire produced a massive cloud of smoke that swept across the city.
Dust and debris settled on cars.
A dozen of the victims were children, as per the Health Ministry.
