Warangal Srinu Bags Karthi’s ‘Sulthan’ Distribution Rights

Warangal Srinivas, a popular distributor from the Nizam area, was recently in the news for the controversy with his film Krack which had Ravi Teja in the lead role.

He alleged that Sirish Reddy and Dil Raju have deliberately not allotted the best theaters to Krack to give undue advantage to Master, Red and Alludu Adhurs which released during the Sankranthi period this year.

After this incident, Warangal Srinu has been on a roll and has been acquiring the theatrical rights of some of the big-ticket films like Gopichand’s Seetimaarr, Sharwanand’s Srikaram, and Rana’s Virataparvam.He is also in talks to acquire the theatrical rights of few other upcoming movies like Mahesh Babus Sarkaru Vaari Paata and Allu Arjuns Pushpa.

Now the latest news is that Warangal Srinu has now bagged the distribution rights of Karthis Tamil film Sulthan for both the Telugu states.Sulthan is being bankrolled by Dream Warrior Pictures banner and the makers tweeted to confirm this news by saying, "#WarangalSrinu has bagged distribution rights of our film #Sulthan for A.P & Telangana regions".The film is directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan of Remo fame and is also marks the Tamil debut of Kannada girl Rashmika Mandanna of Geetha Govindam fame.

The movie has music composed by duo Vivek and Mervin while senior cameramen PC.Sreeram is taking care of the cinematography department with Rubens in charge of the editing.The film will hit the screens on 2nd April 2021.
