After a gap of almost 3 years, Power star Pawan Kalyan made his re-entry into the film industry with the film ‘Vakeel Saab’.The movie was released worldwide on April 9.The film ‘Vakeel Saab’ was directed by MCA fame director Venu Sriram and co-produced by Dil Raju and Boney Kapoor.‘Vakeel Saab’ is a remake of the Bollywood blockbuster ‘Pink’ film.
The film ‘Vakeel Saab’ has received an immense response from the fans and audience since the first show.It has succeeded in making huge collections in both the Telugu states as well as overseas.
The first-day collection in both the Telugu states is Rs 20 crore.According to trade sources, the film has collected between Rs 38 crore and Rs 40 crore worldwide.
The film has been screened in 2175 theaters all over India.
The film was released in the US by Weekend Cinema and Southern Star International in over 260 locations.
The Weekend movie has revealed that the film ‘Vakeel Saab’ has collected $ 4 lakh and $3 lakh from the premiere shows(on April 8).It is reported that ‘Vakeel Saab’ is the first Indian film to achieve such record-breaking collections after Lockdown.However, the recent blockbuster movie ‘Jathi Ratnalu’ has also done well overseas.
