Yadadri District: Two MBBS students from Yadgirgutta, Yadadri district trapped in Ukraine.Ganji Bhanuprasad, son of Ganji Suryanarayana Sandhya couple from Sriram Nagar in Yadgirgutta town went to Ukraine in 2019 to study medicine.
Acharya Seshafani Chandra, son of another student Ramakrishna Ratnadeepala went to Ukraine in 2017 for medicine.
They are studying medicine at the University of Zafrazia in Ukraine.
University staff place the two students in a safe area inside the university as Russia launches war on Ukraine.Officials from the Indian Embassy spoke to the two students.
He advised to be ready to go to India if the planes are running and to be careful till then.It was also clarified that protection would be provided from the embassy.
The two students chatted with their parents in Yadgirgutta via WhatsApp video calls.
