T-PCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy is not showing any effect in Telangana.
Most of the people thought it would be the congress party to wear the ruling crown if the TRS government fails in the state.

Many congress followers across the state are demanding to remove Uttam from PCC post.
According to the inner sources, Dubbaka elections had been the last chance for Uttam and high command is looking to announce a new name for T-PCC Chief position sooner.AICC secretary Madhuyashki Goud has already hinted that after Dubbaka by-poll there will be a change in T-PCC leadership.Let’s wait to see who will be the new one to get the T-PCC chief position.
