Anand Sai, the chief architect of the temple, visited many temples in South India and was inspired by them for Yadagirigutta.None touched the old temple.

Kishan Rao said about 300 families are currently residing in Yadadri."Real estate is also developing around the temple.Many presidential suites and guest houses have also been built on the hills adjacent to the temple," he added.
