In a momentous stride towards the upcoming assembly elections, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and Jana Sena have announced their collaborative manifesto launch on November 1.This pivotal decision emerged from their inaugural joint action committee meeting, held in the heart of Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari district.
General Secretary of TDP, Nara Lokesh, revealed, “A shared manifesto will be unveiled on November 1st,” underscoring the unified commitment of both parties to connect with voters directly through door-to-door campaigning.
During the meeting, TDP and Jana Sena leaders solidified their stance by adopting three crucial resolutions.
These included a resolute condemnation of the purported unlawful detainment of TDP leader Nara Chandrababu Naidu.Lokesh affirmed, “The resolutions underscore our determination to safeguard the people from unjust governance and to wholeheartedly strive for the advancement of the state.”
Optimism brims as TDP’s leadership envisions a powerful alliance with Jana Sena poised to ascend to power in the impending assembly polls.Lokesh emphasized that any potential concerns at the grassroots level would be handled amicably, ensuring seamless coordination between both parties.
While outlining plans for their future course of action, Lokesh anticipates constructive discussions in their next meeting.He also highlighted the auspicious timing of the meeting on Vijaya Dasami, expressing confidence in its positive influence on the state.
Reflecting on history, Lokesh recalled Pawan Kalyan’s unwavering support to TDP in the 2014 elections, citing the dire need for a capable leader in the newly-formed Andhra Pradesh.He affirmed that the alliance is forged with the singular purpose of state welfare.
Lokesh presided over the inaugural Joint Action Committee meeting in Rajahmundry, where it was decided that TDP and Jana Sena leaders would jointly convene meetings in their respective districts to chart a comprehensive action plan.
Pawan Kalyan clarified that Jana Sena’s stance is not against YSRC or Chief Minister Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy, but rather a stand against misgovernance, corruption, and autocracy.He emphasized the imperative for sustainable progress and asserted that a coalition government of TDP and Jana Sena is primed to usher in transformative development.Above all, he urged against splintering the anti-government vote.
