The Telugu Desam Party national president Nara Chandrababu Naidu arrived in Delhi in the early hours of Monday.TDP leaders gave him a solid welcome at the Delhi airport.
From the airport, Chandrababu reached the residence of TDP MP Kanakamedala Ravindra Kumar.
The Chandrababu delegation will meet President of India Ramnath Kovind at 12:30 pm.On this occasion, Chandrababu would meet the President and explain the current political situation in AP.It seems like he would ask President to impose Presidential rule in Andhra Pradesh.
Chandrababu’s team will also lodge a complaint with the President over the demolition of the TDP office in various parts of Andhra Pradesh.He said the law and order situation in the state had deteriorated.
Also, he might submit a comprehensive report on drugs and cannabis smuggling in Andhra Pradesh to the President.
Along with the President, TDP leaders have sought the appointment of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah to explain the attack on TDP offices by YCP activists.
TDP leaders said they would also meet some other Union ministers.Currently, Chandrababu’s Delhi tour has become a hot topic in Andhra politics.
