Director Samuthirakani’s latest tamil film ‘Nimirnthu Nil’(Jenda pai Kapiraju ) that had Jayam Ravi in the lead, failed to keep date with the theaters.The buzz in the industry was that the film didn’t make it because of financial constraints.
Meanwhile, there are another baseless rumors circulating in the industry about director Samuthirakani’s suicide.However Samuthirakani himself has refuted these rumors and revealed that he is at script discussion.
The director reportedly came out and explained that he was just away from the city for a script discussion and guaranteed the film will release at the earliest.
Nimirnthu Nil is an action thriller movie, which is written and directed by Samuthirakani who made directorial debut with Naadodigal(Shambo Siva Shambo) in 2009.
Jayam Ravi and Amala Paul are cast in the lead roles in the movie and Nani replaced role of Jayam Ravi in its telugu version.
