Los Angeles, Aug 15 : Siblings and directors The Russo Brothers – Joe and Anthony Russo, who are having a great time with the positive reaction to their latest streaming film “The Gray Man,” are now working on their next film about events, putting together a great ensemble. Michelle Yeoh, Stanley Tucci, Jason Alexander, Brian Cox and Jenny Slate are set to join the duo’s upcoming film ‘The Electric States The Electric State’, which also features Millie Bobby Brown and Chris Pratt The ‘Deadline’ report mentions.
The Russos are the main characters behind blockbuster films like “Avengers: The Infinity War” and “Avengers: The Endgame,” and are the second-most commercially successful directors of all time, after Steven Spielberg, will direct the film with Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely rewriting the script.
According to ‘Deadline the Russos and Mike Larocca are producing for AGBO as well as Chris Castaldi and Patrick Newall also produce.
Netflix recently bought the film following its debut on the market earlier this year and production is scheduled to begin in the fall.
“Deadline” adds that the film is an the adaptation of the illustrated novel written by Simon Stalenhag and is set in the past of the retro-futuristic in which an orphaned teenager (played by Brown) travels through the American West with a sweet but mysterious robot as well as an odd drifter in the search of her older brother.
Angela Russo-Otstot Jake Aust, Geoff Haley, Jeff Ford Markus and McFeely are executive producers.Nick Nesbitt will oversee for Netflix.
