Prime Minister to Hyderabad tomorrow to Unveil ‘Statue of Equality’!

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will tour Rangareddy and Sangareddy districts of Telangana tomorrow.Arriving at Shamshabad Airport at 2-10 pm, the Prime Minister will take a direct M1-17 helicopter to Icrisat at Patancheruvu in Sangareddy District and arrive at 2-35 pm.

In the afternoon he will participate in the ICRISAT Golden Jubilee celebrations from 2:45 pm to 4:15 pm.The Prime Minister will unveil the new logo of Icrisat at the festival.He will depart from there and reach the Chinna Jiyar Swami Ashram at Mucchintal, Shamshabad Mandal, Rangareddy District at 5:00 pm.He will Unveil the ‘Statue of Equality’ The 216-feet tall ‘Statue of Equality’ commemorates the 11th century Bhakti Saint Sri Ramanujacharya, who promoted the idea of equality in all aspects of living including faith, caste and creed.The statue is made of ‘panchaloha’, a combination of five metals – gold, silver, copper, brass, and zync and is among one of the tallest metallic statues in sitting position, in the world.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the Ramanujacharya millennium celebrations till 8 pm.He will reach the Shamshabad airport at 8-25 pm and leave for Delhi.
